Swn Y Mor – Accommodation
Entrance to Waters Edge is through locked electric double gates with an allocated parking space No. 6 on the left hand side. The property is on the second floor accessed by two flights of stairs, there is no lift in the apartment building.
On entering Swn y Mor you will find a large hallway, which leads to the following individual rooms: –
Utility Room, which has a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes airer and vacuum cleaner. This also houses the boiler.
Second bedroom has two single beds, a built in wardrobe and drawers, bedside cabinets and lamps.
Master Bedroom with en -suite walk in shower room has a kingside bed, large built in wardrobes and drawers, dressing table, bedside cabinets and lamps.
Modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and wine cooler. Microwave oven and grill, electric oven and hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Lounge area has a dining table and chairs, 2-leather sofa’s, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, coffee tables and a selection of books and games.
The patio doors open onto the balcony area.
All the windows have electric blinds that are activated by pressing the panel situated at the side of each window.
All bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own towels for use on the beach.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside the property or on the balcony.
1 well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement; please bring your own dog bed, towels, bowls etc.
Please note dogs are not allowed on the furniture and do not leave your furry friend in the apartment unattended. Any damage incurred or excess cleaning will need to be paid for.
Clean up after your dog and deposit dog waste in the public bins situated on the beach or in the car park.
